Our story

Hi, I’m Taya. I’ve spent years working with data and databases, and I’ve also seen firsthand how frustrating it is for Amazon sellers to fall in love with a product… only to find out it’s gated after they’ve already invested time or money.

I created GateScope to give sellers a faster, clearer way to answer one simple question: “Can I sell this?” Instead of clicking through ASINs one by one, GateScope checks listing restrictions against your Seller Central account in bulk and delivers clean spreadsheets you can act on.

My goal is to help you research smarter, avoid costly surprises, and feel more confident about the products you choose to sell.

4. Purchases & Payment

When you purchase our Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees at the time of purchase. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

5. Refund Policy

No Refunds for Downloaded Files: Once a purchased file has been downloaded or accessed, the sale is final and non-refundable.
If a file you purchased has not been downloaded, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting help@gatescope.io.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and data provided through the Services are the property of GateScope or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
