• No Refunds for Downloaded Files: Once a purchased file has been downloaded or accessed, the sale is final and non-refundable.
• If a file you purchased has not been downloaded, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting help@gatescope.io.
• We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
